Today I started off with deadlifts:

Then I did:

4 Rounds:
5 push jerks (155 lbs)
10 burpees

    Three rounds for time:
    Run 400 meters
    21 kettlebell swings (22 1/2 lbs.)
    12 Pull-ups with band

    It took about 14:30, but I lost a lot of time running in and out of the gym as well as setting up the band.
