I was initially going to go through with the Crossfit Workout of the Day which is
3 rounds for time of:
50 box jumps (24" box)
21 deadlifts (185 lbs)
30 pullups
However, I still have my final today so I needed to do something that was going to get me in and out of the gym a lot quicker. I ended up doing this.
100 burpees
100 wall balls
partition as needed
Well I have to study just a bit more and then I'll be done for the semester. Wooohooo!
